OUR APPROACH
Rehabilitation and injury prevention, made simple
Healthcare doesn’t need to be complicated. My goal is to bridge the gap between clinical evidence and your daily life, providing care that is practical, sustainable, and focused on your long-term movement health.
We start with a thorough assessment to understand not just where it hurts, but why. Pain is often a messenger, influenced by your training history, work environment, stress, and lifestyle. By looking at the whole picture, we can address the root causes rather than just managing symptoms.
Collaboration is at the heart of the Feel Better approach. I work with you to build a rehabilitation plan that fits into your schedule and addresses the activities that matter most to you, whether that’s returning to competitive sport, managing a physical job, or simply moving without restriction.
Looking beyond the painful area
The site of your pain isn’t always the source. A knee issue might stem from hip mechanics; a shoulder problem might be linked to how your ribcage moves. My clinical process looks at how different parts of your body work together.
This approach ensures we aren’t just chasing pain around your body, but building a more resilient system that can handle the specific demands you place on it every day.

MEET YOUR CHIROPRACTOR
Meet Alistair Rye
Alistair Rye is a chiropractor with a practical, evidence-informed approach to musculoskeletal pain, injury rehabilitation, and return to activity. Care combines a thorough assessment, clear explanation, hands-on treatment where appropriate, and progressive exercise programming shaped around your goals.
Alistair graduated from the Macquarie University chiropractic program and has worked in private practice settings with a focus on active populations. He has a particular interest in working with people recovering from sports-related injuries, gym-based training concerns, and persistent spinal pain.
Outside of the clinic, Alistair stays active through hockey and resistance training, and brings that practical understanding of movement and load management to the rehabilitation process.
